About the Role
Scarlett’s Autism Therapy Centre – Penrith, NSW
At Scarlett’s Autism Therapy Centre, we’re more than just a clinic — we’re a parent-driven, child-focused team dedicated to meaningful early intervention. Our Program Supervisors are at the heart of this mission.
In this leadership role, you will oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing refinement of individualised therapy programs for young children with autism. Working in close collaboration with therapists and families, you’ll ensure that every child’s team is supported, connected, and empowered to deliver exceptional care.
You will:
Conduct in-depth assessments and translate results into clear, effective behaviour and developmental programs.
Guide and supervise therapy staff, fostering professional growth and clinical excellence.
Partner with families to ensure strategies are practical, sustainable, and embedded into everyday routines.
Monitor progress and make data-driven decisions to ensure each child continues to thrive.
Our ideal Program Supervisor brings several years of experience in behaviour-analytic services and holds postgraduate qualifications in Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, or a related field — or is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) or working towards certification.
At Scarlett’s, you’ll find a workplace that values authenticity, collaboration, and heart. If you’re passionate about early intervention and ready to make a lasting difference, we’d love to hear from you.
